Eligibility Criteria of the Turkey Scholarships 2025:
- Citizens of all nationalities except Turkish citizens and those who have lost Turkish citizenship can apply.
- You must not be presently enrolled in any of the Turkish universities .
- If you have finished your graduation or it will be completed before August 2025, then you are eligible .
- Researchers and Academic groups both can apply .
- If you have obtained more than 70% marks in the previous academic education then you can apply for graduate programs .
- Minimum marks to get into Master’s and Doctoral Programs is 75%.
- If you wish to apply for Health sciences, including medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy, you must have a minimum of 90% previous academic record.
- For age, you should be under 21 years old for the bachelor’s program.
- You should be under 30 years old for the Master’s program.
- You should be under 35 years old for the Doctoral program.
- You should be under 45 years old for the research scholarship program.

- Make an account on Turkiye Scholarship application platform
- Application supporting documents upload shall be required for the candidates as well through application portal.
- Online applications shall be accepted in all of the above 8 languages, namely; Turkish, Arabic, English, French, Bosnian, Russian, Spanish, and Persian.
- You must mention your dream university and preferred program on the application.
- You are required to write a motivational letter, expressing your goals, future expectations, and preferences.
